Optimization of Cutting Parameters using the RSMDesirability Approach in the MQL-Assisted Turning of AISI 4130

In this study, the main task is to identify best cutting parameters improve machining performance during MQL-turning with various fluids like coconut oil, ground nut sunflower soyabean and blassocut oil. Cutting temperature surface roughness were used as metrics, goal of minimizing these responses. To construct an experimental plan for turning AISI4130 uncoated brazed carbide, full factorial design three levels factors (33) experiments was used. The optimalcutting parameter identified using response approach. Aiming discover optimum possible settings, desirability function method utilized. It discovered that speed, depth cut, feed rate are 72.38 m/min, 0.5 mm, 0.35 mm/rev respectively. According ANOVA findings, cut have a substantial impact on tool MQL-soyabean
